The 2019 Harley Quinn Pop! Heroes (SKU 299) is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run for the Pop! Heroes line. It was widely available through major retailers and Funko's own channels, meaning production numbers were high. While specific variants like chases or exclusives may be scarcer, the base figure is a common collectible.
The retail price for the 2019 Harley Quinn Pop! Heroes (SKU 299) was typically $14.99. Its current market value depends on condition and demand, but unopened figures generally trade between $15 and $25, while opened figures are often worth less due to the prevalence of this character in the DC line.
To authenticate your 2019 Harley Quinn Pop! Heroes (SKU 299), first verify the packaging by checking for the official Funko logo, the "Pop! Heroes" series branding, and a legible barcode that matches SKU 299. Inspect the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, sharp molding details, and the correct color scheme for Harley Quinn, as counterfeit figures often exhibit blurry printing or uneven surfaces. Confirm the base is solid and properly attached, and look for the "Made in" country marking on the box, which should align with Funko's standard production locations. If the box shows signs of tampering, such as new tape or misaligned flaps, or if the figure feels lighter or the plastic feels brittle, it may be a replica.
