No, the Harley Quinn with Cards Pop! Heroes (SKU 454) is not considered a rare item. It is a standard production figure released by Funko in 2022 as part of their regular Pop! Heroes line, meaning it was widely available and not limited to exclusive conventions or special editions.
The retail value of the 2022 Harley Quinn with Cards Pop! Heroes (SKU 454) is typically between $15 and $20. To authenticate your Funko Pop! Harley Quinn with Cards (SKU 454), first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo, the correct SKU number, and a scannable barcode. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the specific card accessories included in the 2022 release. If the packaging appears damaged, the figure feels lightweight, or the paint is peeling, it may be a counterfeit, so compare it against high-resolution images of the authentic item from Funko’s official website or a reputable retailer.

Funko has discontinued the Harley Quinn with Cards Pop! Heroes figure (SKU 454), so it is no longer in print. You will not be able to purchase this item new from official Funko retailers or major authorized distributors. Availability is currently limited to the secondary market, where prices are often higher than the original retail value.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! figure primarily involves inspecting the vinyl for scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, and verifying that the included cards are free from creases, bends, or significant wear. Unlike trading cards, Funko Pop! figures are not typically submitted to third-party grading services like PSA for a numerical grade, so value is determined by the overall visual condition of the figure and its accessories. You should also ensure the figure is in its original box with the window intact, as the packaging condition significantly impacts collectible value.
