No, the Harry Dunne (Haircut) Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2020 as part of the *The Haircut* movie line, meaning it was widely distributed to retail stores and online marketplaces. While specific sealed boxes may be harder to find today due to the passage of time, the figure itself is a common collectible rather than a limited edition or exclusive variant.
The retail value of the 2020 Harry Dunne (Haircut) Funko Pop! Movie is typically between $10 and $15 for a new, sealed figure. Because this character is from a minor film and not a high-demand franchise, the secondary market price rarely exceeds the original retail price, and used copies often sell for less. Prices can fluctuate slightly based on current local stock availability, but it is generally considered a budget-friendly collectible.
To authenticate your Harry Dunne (Haircut) Pop! Movies figure, first verify that the packaging is intact and features the correct 2020 release branding and SKU 1042. Inspect the vinyl for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and a clean, uncracked base, as counterfeit figures often exhibit blurry printing or rough seams. You can also cross-reference the figure's specific mold and colorway against official Funko product images to ensure it matches the standard release.

There is no official third-party grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so condition is assessed visually by the buyer or seller. You should inspect the vinyl for common defects such as seam lines, paint overspray, or scuffs, and check the box for any damage, dents, or creases that would lower its value. If the figure is in its original packaging, verify that the window is clear and the box is square, as "Mint in Box" (MIB) condition requires both the figure and the packaging to be in pristine shape.
