No, the Hattie Pop! Movies figure (SKU 923) is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released in 2020 as part of the *The Haunting of Hill House* collection, and it was widely available through major retailers and Funko's own store. Because it was not a limited edition or exclusive variant, it remains common in the secondary market.

Movies figure (SKU 923) is a standard retail item from the *The Mitchells vs. the Machines* line, and its value is generally determined by current market demand for the character and condition. As a common, non-exclusive figure, it typically trades for a modest premium over its original retail price, often ranging from $10 to $25 in new, sealed condition. Prices can fluctuate based on the popularity of the specific movie franchise and the availability of the item on secondary markets like eBay.
To authenticate your Hattie Pop! Movies figure, first verify that the SKU 923 and copyright date 2020 are clearly printed on the base of the figure. Examine the paint application for consistency, as genuine Funko Pop! figures typically have clean, precise paint lines without significant bleeding or overspray. Additionally, check the packaging for a holographic seal and a barcode that matches the official Funko catalog, as counterfeit items often feature blurry text or missing security features.
