Common questions about the Hawkeye & Ant-Man Pop! Comic Covers from Funko (2023).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Hawkeye & Ant-Man Pop! Comic Covers are not considered rare. They were part of a standard 2023 release and were widely available in retail stores and online. Because they were not limited edition exclusives, they are generally easy to find in new condition.
The value of the 2023 Hawkeye & Ant-Man Pop! Comic Covers (SKU 22) fluctuates based on market demand and condition, but these items typically trade for less than their original retail price on the secondary market. As a standard, non-exclusive release from a popular series, it is generally not considered a high-value investment and is usually sold for a few dollars. For the most accurate current valuation, you should check recent completed sales on platforms like eBay or StockX.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Comic Covers, first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo and a scannable QR code that links to the product's official listing. Inspect the figures for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the correct "Pop!" branding on the base, as counterfeit items often exhibit blurry printing or poor plastic quality. You can further confirm authenticity by checking the SKU number on the box against Funko's official catalog records for the 2023 release. If the packaging feels flimsy or the figures lack the standard weight and finish of genuine products, consider consulting a certified authentication service for a definitive appraisal.
The Hawkeye & Ant-Man Pop! Comic Covers was released in 2023 by Funko.
Funko has not officially announced a discontinuation for the Hawkeye & Ant-Man Pop! Comic Covers, so the item remains technically in print. However, availability for specific comic cover variants can fluctuate significantly, and some may be out of stock at major retailers. I recommend checking current inventory on Funko's official website or authorized retailers to confirm immediate availability.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! Comic Cover involves inspecting the vinyl figure for paint errors, scratches, or seams, and examining the cardboard backing for creases, tears, or fading. If the item is still in its original box, you should grade the box condition separately, as a damaged box significantly reduces the value of the sealed figure. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and box's preservation.
