The Hello Kitty (Gymnast) Pop! Sanrio, released in 2020, is a common mass-market collectible that typically retails for between $10 and $15. Because it is a standard production figure without limited edition markers, its value in the secondary market generally remains at or below the original retail price, meaning it is rarely worth more than $10 to $15 even in mint condition.
Authenticating a 2020 Funko Pop! requires verifying that the box is sealed with a shrink wrap that has a distinct Funko logo and that the figure itself features crisp paint application without bleeding or smudging. Check the bottom of the figure for a molded copyright symbol and the year of manufacture, which should align with the 2020 release date, and ensure the Sanrio licensing logo is present on the packaging. If the box is damaged or the figure exhibits poor molding, such as uneven seams or dull plastic, it may be a counterfeit, so comparing your item to high-resolution images of verified authentic examples from Funko’s official channels is the most reliable method for confirmation.

The Hello Kitty (Gymnast) Pop! Sanrio is no longer in print and is not available for purchase as a new item from Funko. Grading a Hello Kitty (Gymnast) Pop! Sanrio involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and molding defects, as well as checking the box for shelf wear, creases, and label condition. For a formal grade, you can submit the figure to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on these cosmetic factors. If you are not seeking a certified grade, a simple visual inspection under bright light is sufficient to determine if the item is in mint, near-mint, or used condition.
