No, this figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's Sanrio line, and like most mainstream Pop! figures, it is widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces. While specific color variants or limited editions can become scarce, the standard SKU 130 release is generally accessible to collectors.
The Hello Kitty with Bunny Ears Pop! Sanrio (SKU 130) is a standard retail release, and its value is typically determined by current market demand rather than a fixed appraised price. As a 2025 item, it is likely still in active circulation, meaning its value generally hovers around its original retail price, often between $10 and $15, depending on local availability. Because it is a common, non-limited edition figure, it does not carry significant collector premium value at this time.
Because this item is listed with a 2025 release date, it has not yet been manufactured or released, making it impossible to authenticate a physical copy at this time. When the product does launch, you can verify its authenticity by checking for the official Funko logo, the Sanrio licensing mark, and the specific SKU number 130 on the packaging and the figure's base.

Grading a Funko Pop! figure like the Hello Kitty with Bunny Ears (SKU 130) primarily involves inspecting the vinyl for manufacturing defects such as seam lines, paint overspray, or mold marks, as well as checking for any scuffs or scratches. You should also verify that the eyes are properly aligned and that the figure is securely seated in the base without any gaps. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to a professional third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on these visual factors, though casual collectors often simply assess the condition by eye.
