I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Hero Lawyer 2.0 (SST013) is currently in print or available to buy new from SooSooToys. As a 2019 release, this figure is likely a limited production run that is no longer manufactured, making it primarily available through the secondary market.
Grading a Hero Lawyer 2.0 from SooSooToys involves inspecting the figure for common manufacturing defects such as paint bleed, seam lines, and molding imperfections, which are typical for independent designer toys of that era. You should also check the articulation points for any signs of stress cracking or looseness, as well as the condition of any included accessories. Since this is a niche independent release, it is generally not accepted by major third-party grading services like PSA, so condition assessment is typically done by the seller or buyer through detailed photographs and a physical inspection.
