No, the Hershey's Kisses Pop! Foodies figure is not considered rare. It was part of a widely distributed 2021 retail release and is commonly found in new, sealed condition on the secondary market.
The value of a new, sealed Funko Pop! Foodies Hershey's Kisses (SKU 107) typically ranges from $10 to $15, which is near its original retail price. As a common item in the Foodies line, it does not command a premium in the secondary market, and prices for used or opened figures are generally lower.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Foodies Hershey's Kisses figure, first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo, the correct SKU number 107, and the 2021 release year. Inspect the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, proper alignment of the foil-stamped "Kiss" logo, and the standard Funko Pop! head shape without excessive seams or rough edges. Check the bottom of the figure for a molded copyright mark, which should read "© Funko Inc." along with the year of manufacture. If the packaging lacks a holographic sticker or the figure exhibits significant paint defects, it may be a counterfeit, so comparing it to verified images from Funko's official catalog is recommended.

The Hershey's Kisses Pop! Foodies (SKU 107) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. Collectors seeking this figure must look to the secondary market for used or previously purchased new copies.
To condition-check a Hershey's Kisses Pop! Foodies, inspect the vinyl figure for surface scratches, scuffs, or paint chips, paying close attention to the foil-wrapped texture and the chocolate base. Verify that the figure is securely attached to the acrylic stand and that the stand itself is free of cracks or clouding. Check the original box for any creases, dents, or missing parts, as the packaging condition significantly impacts the item's value. If you are seeking a professional grade, submit the item to a third-party grading service, though this is less common for standard Pop! figures than for trading cards.
