Common questions about the Hook'Em Pop! College from Funko (2021).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Hook'Em Pop! College figure is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run released by Funko in 2021. It is a common item that is widely available from secondary market sellers and often found in new condition.
The Hook'Em Pop! College (SKU 13) is a standard retail vinyl figure that typically sells for between $5 and $10 in new, unopened condition. Because it is a common item from the 2021 release, it does not command a premium price in the secondary market. Values can fluctuate slightly based on local demand, but it remains an affordable collectible.
To authenticate your 2021 Hook'Em Pop! College, first verify that the box is sealed with the correct Funko branding and that the figure inside matches the official product images for that specific release year. Check the base of the vinyl figure for a molded copyright symbol and the year "2021," which should be crisp and legible. Additionally, inspect the paint application and sculpting details for consistency with known authentic examples, as counterfeit figures often exhibit sloppy molding, off-color paint, or missing text on the base. If the item was purchased from an authorized retailer, retaining the original receipt provides the strongest proof of authenticity.
The Hook'Em Pop! College was released in 2021 by Funko.
The Hook'Em Pop! College figure is no longer in print and is not available for purchase new from Funko. As a 2021 release, it has been discontinued, meaning any remaining stock is limited to third-party resellers or the secondary market.
To condition-check a Hook'Em Pop! College, inspect the vinyl figure for any cracks, scratches, or paint chips, paying close attention to the hat and the "Hook 'Em" sign. Verify that the figure is securely seated on its base and that the base itself is free from scuffs or discoloration. If you are grading the item for resale, ensure the original box is intact, unopened, and free of damage, as the sealed condition significantly impacts the value.
