Sideshow Collectibles did not release a standalone "Imperial TIE Fighter Pilot" figure in 2015, as their Star Wars line that year focused on larger-scale statues and specific character figures like Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Boba Fett. If your item is a small action figure, it is likely a product from Hasbro or another manufacturer, and if it is a large statue, the 2015 date is likely incorrect. To authenticate the item, you should examine the packaging for a specific Sideshow product number and compare the sculpt details and paint application against official images from Sideshow’s archived catalog, noting that any discrepancy in branding or scale indicates it is not a genuine Sideshow release.
The Imperial TIE Fighter Pilot was released in 2015 by Sideshow Collectibles.
The Sideshow Collectibles Imperial TIE Fighter Pilot figure from 2015 is no longer in print. It is a discontinued item that is no longer sold new by Sideshow or major authorized retailers, meaning it is only available through the secondary market.
Sideshow Collectibles does not provide a standardized grading scale for their statues, so condition is typically assessed by comparing the item to its original factory state. You should inspect the figure for common defects such as paint chips, hairline cracks in the resin, or discoloration, paying particular attention to high-wear areas like the helmet visor and weapon grips. If the item is in its original box, check for any damage to the packaging, as this significantly impacts its value for collectors seeking a complete, unopened set.
