Common questions about the Indiana Jones Pop! Disney from Funko (2023).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Indiana Jones Pop! Disney figure (SKU 1369) is not considered rare. It is a standard mass-production item released by Funko in 2023, meaning it is widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. Unlike limited-edition variants, this figure does not have a restricted production run that would drive up its scarcity or secondary market value.
The Indiana Jones Pop! Disney (SKU 1369) is a standard retail release from 2023, and its value is primarily determined by its condition and whether it remains in the original sealed box. As a common, mass-produced item, it typically sells for a modest premium over its original retail price, often ranging between $10 and $20 for new, sealed copies on the secondary market. Prices for loose figures are generally lower, and specific variants or limited editions would command higher values, but the standard version does not have significant investment potential.
To authenticate your Indiana Jones Pop! (SKU 1369), first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the product code on the box matches the number on the base of the vinyl figure. Inspect the vinyl for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the correct Funko logo on the base, as counterfeit figures often exhibit blurry printing, misaligned parts, or a lack of the standard "Funko" branding. If the packaging or figure quality seems inconsistent with official 2023 releases, you can cross-reference the SKU against Funko's official product listings or consult a certified authentication service for a definitive assessment.
The Indiana Jones Pop! Disney was released in 2023 by Funko.
Funko does not publicly disclose real-time print status or specific discontinuation dates for individual figures, so I cannot confirm with certainty if SKU 1369 is currently in print. However, because this figure was released in 2023, it is likely no longer available through major retail channels and may only be found in the secondary market.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface defects such as scratches, paint chips, or molding seams, and verifying that the head is properly seated on the body without gaps. You should also examine the box for any damage, creases, or fading, as the packaging condition significantly impacts the item's value. While professional grading services like PSA can provide a standardized score, most collectors assess these items informally by checking for "mint" condition, which means the figure is unopened and the box is pristine.
