The Iron Throne Pop! (SKU 38) is not considered rare, as it was a standard production item released in 2015 and is widely available in the secondary market. It is a common collectible that does not command a premium price due to scarcity.
The value of the 2015 Funko Pop! Iron Throne (SKU 38) varies significantly based on condition, ranging from approximately $10 to $20 for a used figure to $25 to $40 for a new, sealed item. As a non-character prop figure, it generally commands a lower price than standard character vinyls, and its value is further influenced by the current secondary market demand for Game of Thrones merchandise.
To authenticate your 2015 Iron Throne Pop! (SKU 38), first verify that the figure is made of vinyl with a matte finish and that the box features the standard Funko branding and a holographic security sticker. Check that the SKU number 38 is printed on the box and that the figure’s sculpting details, such as the throne’s spikes and the character’s proportions, match official Funko product images. While there is no single definitive test for authenticity, significant deviations in paint application, mold lines, or packaging quality are strong indicators of a counterfeit item.

The Iron Throne Pop! from the Game of Thrones series is no longer in print and is not available for purchase directly from Funko. As a 2015 release, this item is considered out of production, meaning new copies can only be found through third-party resellers or the secondary market.
You should inspect the Iron Throne Pop! for common defects such as paint chipping, seam lines, and scratches, paying particular attention to the intricate throne structure and the figure seated upon it. Verify that the figure is securely attached to the base and that the packaging is intact, as the original box significantly impacts the item's value. For a formal grade, submit the item to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will assign a score based on its physical condition and centering.
