No, the Jack Skellington & Jack's House Pop! Town is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2019 lineup and was widely available through major retailers. While specific color variants or limited editions might be harder to find, the standard SKU 07 item is common in the secondary market.
The value of a Jack Skellington & Jack's House Pop! Town figure varies significantly based on its condition and whether it remains in the original packaging, with retail prices typically ranging from $10 to $20 for new stock. As a standard 2019 release, it is not considered a rare collectible, so its market value generally does not exceed its original retail price unless it is part of a complete, unopened set.
Authenticating a 2019 Funko Pop! Town set like Jack Skellington & Jack's House involves checking for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the correct Funko logo on the base. Verify that the packaging includes the standard Funko branding and that the figures fit securely into the house base without excessive gaps. If the item lacks a verifiable receipt or appears to have poor molding quality, such as rough seams or misaligned eyes, it may be a counterfeit.

The Jack Skellington & Jack's House Pop! Town is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2019 release, this item is considered out of production, meaning new stock is limited to any remaining inventory at third-party retailers or the secondary market.
Pop! Town items are not graded by third-party certification companies like PSA or CGC, so you should assess their condition yourself by inspecting the vinyl figures and plastic house components for scratches, paint loss, or warping. Check that the Jack Skellington figure is securely seated in its designated spot and that the house roof and base are intact without cracks. Ensure the packaging is free of major damage if you are evaluating the item as a sealed collectible, as the box condition significantly impacts its value.
