Common questions about the Jack Skellington Pop! VHS Covers from Funko (2022).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Jack Skellington Pop! VHS Covers is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run released in 2022. Being a popular character from a major franchise, the figure was widely available through standard retail channels. Its common status means it is generally easier to find in new or used condition compared to limited-edition or discontinued variants.
The Jack Skellington Pop! VHS Covers (SKU 11) is a limited-edition vinyl record released by Funko in 2022. Its value depends heavily on condition and whether it is sealed or opened; a sealed copy typically commands a premium over an opened one. As a relatively recent release, its market value is generally modest compared to older or rarer Funko items, but specific pricing requires checking current listings on platforms like eBay or Discogs for accurate, up-to-date figures.
To authenticate your 2022 Jack Skellington Pop! VHS Covers, first examine the packaging for a holographic sticker and a unique serial number, which are standard security features for Funko Pop! VHS Covers. Check the vinyl figure itself for consistent paint application, sharp edges, and the correct "Funko" logo on the base. You can verify the serial number against Funko's official database or use the Funko app to scan the product's QR code for verification. If the figure lacks these specific markers, or if the packaging appears worn or the serial number is missing, it may be a replica.

The Jack Skellington Pop! VHS Covers (SKU 11) is generally considered out of print. While Funko occasionally reissues popular items, this specific VHS cover variant is no longer listed on the official Funko website as a current production item. It is primarily available through the secondary market or from remaining retail inventory, so buyers should expect to pay a premium for new, unopened units.
To condition-check a Jack Skellington Pop! VHS Cover, first inspect the vinyl record sleeve for creases, tears, or fading, as these are common wear points. Next, examine the cardboard insert or VHS tape itself for scratches or label damage. For grading, look for a sealed factory box with intact shrink wrap, which indicates the item is unopened and in mint condition. If the box is opened, grade the figure based on the state of the vinyl cover and the figure's paint and articulation.
