Common questions about the Jacob deGrom Pop! MLB from Funko (2020).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
Jacob deGrom Pop! MLB figures are not considered rare, as they were part of the standard 2020 MLB Pop! lineup produced in large quantities. While the 2020 season was shortened due to the pandemic, this did not significantly limit the production run of the standard vinyl figures. Most of these items remain readily available on the secondary market, meaning they do not carry the scarcity premium associated with limited-edition or exclusive releases.
The value of a 2020 Jacob deGrom Funko Pop! MLB #36 varies significantly based on condition, with unopened figures typically selling for approximately $10 to $15. Opened figures in good condition generally range from $5 to $8. Prices can fluctuate based on current market demand and the specific platform used for sale.
To authenticate your 2020 Jacob deGrom Pop! MLB figure, first verify that the SKU number 36 is clearly printed on the bottom of the base and matches the number on the packaging. Examine the figure for consistent paint application, sharp molding details, and the correct Funko logo on the base, as counterfeit items often feature blurry text, uneven paint, or poor plastic quality. If the physical characteristics appear correct, you can further confirm authenticity by checking the product listing on Funko's official website or reputable reseller platforms for matching images and descriptions.
The Jacob deGrom Pop! MLB was released in 2020 by Funko.
Jacob deGrom's Pop! MLB vinyl figure (SKU 36) is no longer in print and is not available for purchase new from Funko. As a 2020 release, it has been discontinued, meaning any remaining stock is limited to third-party resellers or the secondary market.
To grade a Jacob deGrom Pop! MLB vinyl figure, you should submit it to a professional grading service such as PSA, which will evaluate the figure's condition and assign a score from 1 to 10 based on factors like paint quality, scratches, and packaging integrity. For a casual condition check, inspect the figure under bright light for surface scratches, paint chips, or discoloration, and verify that the box is free of major damage, creases, or wear. Since these figures are mass-produced, minor imperfections are common, so focus on significant flaws that would affect the item's value.
