The Jacob Kowaski Pop! from the Fantastic Beasts line is not considered rare. It was a standard retail release by Funko in 2016 and was widely available in stores and online during that period. It is important to correct the premise of your question, as there is no official Funko Pop! figure of Jacob Kowalski from the *Fantastic Beasts* franchise. Jacob Kowalski is a character from the television series *The Walking Dead*, and while Funko has produced Pop! figures of him, they are not associated with the *Fantastic Beasts* movies. Because the specific item described in your query does not exist in the official Funko catalog, you likely have a misidentified product, a counterfeit item, or a custom third-party creation. To authenticate any Funko Pop!, you should verify the box seal, check for the official Funko logo on the base, and compare the figure's proportions and paint application against verified images from the manufacturer's official website or authorized retailers.

The Jacob Kowalski Pop! figure from the Fantastic Beasts collection is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. It was released in 2016 and has since been discontinued, meaning the only way to acquire it is through the secondary market.
There is no reliable information available regarding a "Jacob Kowaski" Pop! figure, as this character does not exist in the Fantastic Beasts franchise or Funko's production catalog. The character is likely a misspelling of Jacob Kowalski, who is the protagonist of the series. To condition-check a genuine Jacob Kowalski Pop! figure, you should inspect the vinyl for cracks, paint transfer, and scratches, while also verifying that the box is free from significant damage, creases, or fading.
