Common questions about the Jarome Iginla Pop! Hockey from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
Jarome Iginla Pop! Hockey figures are not considered rare, as they were part of a standard mass-production run released by Funko. While specific variants like chases or exclusive editions may have lower production numbers, the standard SKU 90 figure is widely available in the secondary market.
There is no single fixed value for the Jarome Iginla Pop! Hockey figure, as prices fluctuate based on condition, packaging, and market demand. As a standard production item, it typically sells for less than its original retail price on the secondary market, often ranging between $5 and $15. Sealed figures generally command a higher price than loose ones, but this specific SKU is not considered a rare or high-value collectible.
To authenticate your Jarome Iginla Pop! Hockey figure, first verify that the box is sealed with the original shrink wrap and displays the correct SKU number 90 on the side label. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper proportions, and the distinct Funko logo on the base, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing or off-color plastics. If the packaging is damaged or missing, compare the figure's specific details, such as the jersey number and team logo, against high-resolution images of the official release to identify any manufacturing discrepancies.
Funko does not publish specific release dates for individual Pop! Hockey figures in their official records, so the exact release date for the Jarome Iginla figure (SKU 90) is not reliably documented. While the Pop! Hockey line launched in 2019, specific figure release dates are often not tracked by the manufacturer, and any specific date found online would likely be speculative.
Funko has discontinued the Jarome Iginla Pop! Hockey figure, so it is no longer in print or available for purchase directly from the manufacturer. While the item may occasionally appear on secondary markets like eBay or Amazon, it is generally considered out of production, and availability is sporadic.
There is no official third-party grading service for standard Funko Pop! figures, so you must assess the condition yourself by inspecting the vinyl for scratches, paint chips, and seam lines. Check the head for any misalignment or "head tilt" and ensure the figure stands level on its base without wobbling. For the Jarome Iginla Hockey figure specifically, look for damage to the hockey stick accessory and verify that the jersey colors are vibrant and free from fading.
