The Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies (SKU 202) is not considered rare, as it was part of the standard 2015 release wave for the Friday the 13th franchise. This figure was widely distributed through major retail channels and remains readily available on the secondary market. Consequently, it is generally classified as a common collectible item.
The value of a Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies figure (SKU 202) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is sealed in its original box. As a common 2015 release, the retail price for a new, unopened figure typically ranges from $10 to $15, while used copies generally sell for less. Prices can spike if the figure is part of a specific chase variant or if it is in mint condition with intact packaging, but standard base models do not command a premium.
To authenticate your 2015 Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies (SKU 202), first verify that the box is sealed with a holographic sticker and that the figure is encased in a clear plastic window. Examine the figure itself for consistent paint application, proper molding of the hockey mask and chainsaw, and the correct Funko logo on the base. You can also cross-reference the SKU number on the box with Funko’s official product listings to ensure the packaging matches the 2015 release specifications. If the box is damaged, missing the holographic seal, or the figure shows significant paint errors, it may be a counterfeit.
