Common questions about the Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies from Funko (2011).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies figure (SKU 01) is not considered rare, as it was a standard mass-production release from Funko’s 2011 catalog. Being one of the earliest figures in the line, it was widely available and produced in large quantities, making it a common item for collectors. While early releases can sometimes command slightly higher prices due to age, this specific figure remains easily accessible in the secondary market.
The value of a Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies figure (SKU 01) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is sealed in its original box. As a 2011 release, it is a common item that is widely available, typically selling for under $10 to $15 in loose condition on the secondary market. Sealed copies may command a slightly higher price, often ranging from $15 to $25, but it is not considered a rare or high-value collectible.
Authenticating a 2011 Jason Voorhees Pop! Movie is difficult without physical inspection, as counterfeiters frequently replicate older, high-demand figures. You should verify that the figure is made of solid vinyl with a matte finish, check that the paint application is clean without bleeding, and ensure the box features the correct Funko logo and barcode for that era. If the figure feels lightweight, has a glossy plastic sheen, or the box lacks proper printing quality, it is likely a counterfeit.
The Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies was released in 2011 by Funko.
The Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies figure (SKU 01) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. It is a discontinued item from the 2011 release, meaning it can only be purchased as a used collectible from secondary marketplaces.
There is no official grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so condition is assessed by the seller or buyer using standard collectible criteria. You should inspect the figure for common defects such as paint chips, seam lines, and "smile" lines on the face, while also checking that the eyes are properly aligned and the mask fits correctly. The box condition is equally important, as a damaged box significantly reduces the item's value, so look for dents, creases, or fading on the packaging.
