The Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies figure (SKU 202) is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the 2015 release of the Pop! Movies line, and because it was widely distributed and has been reprinted in various sets, it remains readily available on the secondary market.
The value of the 2015 Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies figure (SKU 202) fluctuates based on condition and market demand, but it typically sells for between $10 and $20 in retail or secondary markets. As a standard release from a major franchise, it does not command a premium price like limited editions, and its worth is largely determined by current availability and buyer interest.
To authenticate a 2015 Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies figure (SKU 202), first verify that the box is sealed with the original shrink wrap and displays the correct Funko logo and product details. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper sculpting of the hockey mask, and the absence of mold lines or rough edges that indicate a counterfeit. Check the base for the standard Funko logo and ensure the figure fits securely within the window box without excessive gaps. If the packaging or figure quality appears inconsistent with known genuine examples, consider having it appraised by a certified authentication service.
The Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies was released in 2015 by Funko.
The Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies figure (SKU 202) is currently out of print and is no longer available to purchase new directly from Funko. While it may occasionally appear in secondary markets, the original retail production run has ended.
Condition-checking a Jason Voorhees Pop! Movies figure involves inspecting the vinyl for common defects such as hairline cracks, paint chips, or discoloration, with particular attention to the mask and machete. You should also verify that the figure is fully assembled and that the eyes are properly aligned, as these are frequent issues with this production run. For a formal grade, the figure must be submitted to a professional grading service like PSA, which will assign a score based on a standardized scale ranging from 1.0 to 10.0.
