Condition-checking a Jillian Holtzmann Pop! Rides involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, particularly on the horse and rider details. You should also verify that the figure is securely seated within the clear plastic base and that the box is free of significant damage, as the packaging is a major factor in the item's value. For a formal grade, you can submit the figure to a third-party grading service, though many collectors simply assess the condition visually using a magnifying glass under bright light.
