Common questions about the Jim Halpert as Dwight Pop! Television from Funko (2019).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Jim Halpert as Dwight Pop! Television is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure from the 2019 release wave, and its value is primarily determined by its condition and whether it is sealed in the box.
The retail value of the Jim Halpert as Dwight Pop! Television (SKU 879) is typically between $10 and $15 for a new, sealed figure. Because this is a common, mass-produced item from a popular series, it does not command a significant premium on the secondary market, and prices for used or open-box copies are generally lower.
To authenticate your 2019 Funko Pop! Television #879, first verify that the box is sealed with the correct SKU and that the figure itself features the distinctive glossy finish and specific paint application characteristic of the Television line. Check the base of the figure for the standard Funko logo and copyright date, and ensure the packaging includes the official holographic sticker and UPC label. While minor paint imperfections can occur, significant defects, missing parts, or a lack of the proper packaging materials are strong indicators of a counterfeit item.
The Jim Halpert as Dwight Pop! Television was released in 2019 by Funko.
Funko Pop! Television figures from the 2019 era are generally no longer in print and are not available for purchase new from the manufacturer. This specific SKU 879 is considered a discontinued item, meaning new stock is unlikely to appear, and collectors typically must seek out used copies on the secondary market.
There is no standardized third-party grading service for individual Funko Pop! figures, so you should assess the condition yourself by inspecting the vinyl for scratches, paint chips, and mold lines. Check the box for any damage, dents, or missing inserts, as the packaging significantly impacts the value of the item. For a definitive professional assessment, you can submit the figure to a general collectibles grading company, though this is rarely done for standard retail Funko Pops due to the cost relative to the item's value.
