Common questions about the Jimmie Johnson Pop! NASCAR from Funko (2020).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Jimmie Johnson Pop! NASCAR figure is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run released by Funko in 2020. While specific variants like Chase or Glow-in-the-Dark editions may have lower production numbers, the standard SKU 09 figure is widely available on the secondary market.
The value of a 2020 Jimmie Johnson Pop! NASCAR figure varies significantly based on its condition, whether it is sealed in its original box, and current market demand. As a standard production item from a major manufacturer, it typically sells for a modest price in the secondary market, often ranging from a few dollars to under twenty dollars for unopened boxes. I cannot provide a precise real-time valuation without access to live sales data, so checking recent completed listings on platforms like eBay is the most reliable way to determine its current worth.
To authenticate your Jimmie Johnson Pop! NASCAR figure, first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the figure itself features the standard vinyl material with consistent paint application and sculpting. Check the base of the figure for the "Funko" logo and ensure the NASCAR logo on the car is crisp and correctly colored, as counterfeits often exhibit blurry printing or poor paint coverage. While there is no single universal serial number for standard retail releases, comparing the figure's proportions and details against high-resolution images of the official 2020 release from Funko's website is the most reliable method for identifying fakes.
The Jimmie Johnson Pop! NASCAR was released in 2020 by Funko.
The Jimmie Johnson Pop! NASCAR figure is generally considered out of print, as Funko has discontinued most of its legacy NASCAR series to focus on current drivers and new licensing. While the item is no longer sold new by Funko directly, it may occasionally appear as new stock on third-party marketplaces, though availability is inconsistent and prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so condition is assessed visually by the buyer. You should inspect the figure for common defects such as paint overspray, chipped edges, or misaligned parts, and verify that the head is properly seated on the body. Since these are mass-produced items, minor imperfections are common, and value is typically determined by the figure's completeness and the condition of its original packaging.
