The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the John McClane (Running On Glass) Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the Die Hard franchise released in 2020, and it was widely available through major retailers and Funko's own channels. Unlike limited edition or exclusive variants, this figure does not carry a scarcity premium in the secondary market.
The value of the John McClane (Running On Glass) Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1007) is highly dependent on its condition, with sealed figures typically commanding a premium over loose ones. As a 2020 release, it is no longer in production, so prices fluctuate based on current market demand and availability. I cannot provide a precise real-time valuation without access to live sales data, so I recommend checking recent completed listings on secondary marketplaces like eBay to determine its current fair market value.
To authenticate your Funko Pop, verify that the box includes the official Funko logo, the "Pop! Movies" branding, and a barcode with the SKU 1007. Inspect the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the correct "Running On Glass" pose, as counterfeits often exhibit sloppy molding or color inconsistencies. You can also cross-reference the packaging design and figure appearance against high-resolution images from Funko's official website or reputable collector databases.

Funko has discontinued the John McClane (Running On Glass) Pop! Movies figure, so it is no longer in print. While new stock is no longer available from the manufacturer, you may find sealed units from previous production runs on the secondary market, such as eBay or specialty collectible shops.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for paint errors, scratches, or mold lines, and verifying that the box is free of dents, creases, or shelf wear. For this specific 2020 release, you should also check that the "Running On Glass" accessory is intact and that the figure's eyes are properly aligned, as these are common points of failure. If you are seeking a formal grade for resale, the figure must be professionally graded by a service like PSA or Beckett, which assigns a score from 1 to 10 based on the condition of both the figure and its original packaging.
