No, the Johnny Rose (Wedding) Pop! Television is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure released in 2024 as part of the Schitt's Creek collection and is widely available through major retailers and secondary markets.
The Johnny Rose (Wedding) Pop! Television (SKU 1227) is a standard retail release from 2024, and its value is primarily determined by its original retail price, which was approximately $12.99 USD. Because it is a common, non-exclusive item, it does not typically command a premium in the secondary market, and its value generally remains at or below retail for loose figures.
To authenticate your Johnny Rose (Wedding) Pop! Television, first verify that the box features the official Funko logo and a valid UPC barcode, and that the figure itself has the characteristic glossy vinyl finish with clean, sharp edges. Check the base for the embossed Funko logo and ensure the paint application is consistent without significant bleeding or misalignment, which are common signs of counterfeits. If the packaging includes a holographic sticker, confirm it is present and undamaged, as this is a standard security feature for recent releases.
The Johnny Rose (Wedding) Pop! Television was released in 2024 by Funko.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Johnny Rose (Wedding) Pop! Television is currently in print or available to buy new from Funko. As a 2024 release, it may have been a limited-time or exclusive item that has since sold out, meaning it is likely only available through the secondary market.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, and molding defects, while also verifying that the head is properly seated and the eyes are aligned. For the Johnny Rose (Wedding) variant, pay particular attention to the details of the tuxedo and any specific wedding accessories, as these small elements are prone to damage. If you intend to have the item professionally graded, it must be submitted in its original, unopened box to a service like PSA, which will evaluate the packaging and the figure inside to assign a numerical grade.
