Common questions about the Jonathan Drouin Pop! Hockey from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Jonathan Drouin Pop! Hockey figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko as part of their regular NHL hockey line, meaning it was widely available and not limited to a small production run. While specific variants like Chase figures or special editions may be harder to find, the base SKU 29 figure is a common collectible.
There is no reliable market data available to determine the specific value of a Jonathan Drouin Pop! Hockey figure with SKU 29. Because this item is not a widely recognized standard release with established auction history, I cannot provide a factual price estimate without speculating.
There is no reliable public record indicating that Funko produced a Jonathan Drouin Pop! Hockey figure, which suggests the item in question is likely a counterfeit or a misidentified product. To authenticate a Funko Pop, you should verify the presence of the official Funko logo on the base, check for consistent paint application and sculpting quality, and compare the packaging against known genuine examples. If the item lacks standard manufacturing hallmarks or the SKU does not correspond to a released product, it is probable that the figure is not authentic.
I cannot find reliable information confirming a specific release date for a Jonathan Drouin Pop! Hockey figure with SKU 29. Funko does not typically assign SKU numbers in the low 20s to NHL players, as that range is generally reserved for early releases of other franchises, and there is no widely documented record of a standalone Jonathan Drouin Pop! figure in the standard hockey line.
Funko has discontinued the Jonathan Drouin Pop! Hockey figure, meaning it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from the manufacturer. While occasional restocks of older inventory may appear on secondary marketplaces, the item is generally only available through third-party resellers at varying prices.
You can grade your Jonathan Drouin Pop! Hockey figure by submitting it to a third-party grading service such as PSA, which will assign a numerical condition grade based on factors like paint application, molding, and packaging integrity. For a simple condition check without a formal grade, inspect the figure under bright light for scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, and verify that the original box is free from significant damage, creases, or fading.
