No, the Jovie Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released in 2017 that was widely available through major retailers and Funko's own channels. Because it was part of a general movie release rather than a limited edition or exclusive variant, it remains common in the secondary market.
The Jovie Pop! Movies figure (SKU 485) is a standard retail item from 2017, and its value is primarily determined by its condition and whether it is in the original box. As a common release, it typically sells for a modest amount, generally ranging from $5 to $15 on the secondary market.
To authenticate your Jovie Pop! Movies figure (SKU 485), first verify that the packaging features the official Funko logo and displays the correct product title and number. Examine the vinyl for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and a smooth finish, as counterfeit figures often exhibit sloppy painting or rough seams. Additionally, check the bottom of the figure for a molded copyright mark and ensure the box includes a standard UPC label and barcode that match Funko’s official records. If the figure lacks these manufacturing markers or the packaging appears low-quality, it is likely a reproduction.

The Jovie Pop! Movies figure (SKU 485) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2017 release, it is considered out of production, and any new listings found on the market are likely used items or unauthorized reprints.
To condition-check a Jovie Pop! Movies figure, inspect the vinyl surface under bright light for scratches, scuffs, or paint transfer, paying close attention to the face and hair. Verify that the eyes are properly aligned and that the figure stands level without leaning, which can indicate a manufacturing defect. If the item is sealed, check the box for any dents, creases, or damage to the window, as these factors significantly impact its collectible value.
