Common questions about the Karen Pop! Movies from Funko (2016).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Karen Pop! Movies figure (SKU 292) is not considered rare. It was a standard production item released by Funko in 2016 and remains widely available in the secondary market. Because it was not a limited edition or exclusive variant, its value is generally low and comparable to other common movie figures from that era.
The value of a Funko Pop! Karen (SKU 292) varies significantly based on condition, with unopened figures typically selling for $10 to $20 and opened figures often ranging from $5 to $10. As a standard release from 2016, it is not considered a rare collectible, so its market price generally remains modest unless it is part of a complete set or has specific defects that increase its desirability.
I cannot provide reliable information to authenticate this specific item, as there is no widely recognized "Karen" character in the 2016 Funko Pop! Movies lineup corresponding to SKU 292. I recommend verifying the SKU against Funko's official product database or contacting Funko customer service directly, as the number may be incorrect or refer to a different product line.

The Karen Pop! Movies figure (SKU 292) is no longer in print and is not available for purchase new from Funko. This item was part of a limited release tied to the 2016 film *The Big Short* and has since been discontinued, meaning it is only available on the secondary market.
To condition-check a Funko Pop! figure, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, and verify that the head is properly aligned with the body without excessive wobble. Examine the box for signs of wear, such as creases, scuffs, or faded printing, as these factors significantly impact the item's value. If the figure is unopened, you can gently shake the box to check for loose parts, though this is not a substitute for a professional grading service.
