Common questions about the Khabib Nurmagomedov Pop! UFC from Funko (2016).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Khabib Nurmagomedov Pop! UFC figure is not considered rare. It was part of the standard mass-production wave released by Funko in 2016, meaning it was widely available to the general public. While specific variants like chases or exclusions may be harder to find, the standard SKU 08 figure remains a common item in the collectible market.
The value of the 2016 Khabib Nurmagomedov Pop! UFC figure varies significantly based on condition, with unopened factory-sealed boxes typically commanding a higher price than loose figures. As a standard production item from 2016, it is generally considered a common collectible rather than a rare investment, so its market value is modest compared to limited editions or retired exclusives. For the most accurate current valuation, you should check recent sold listings on secondary markets like eBay, as prices fluctuate based on current demand and specific condition grades.
It is highly unlikely that a Khabib Nurmagomedov Pop! figure exists from 2016, as he did not sign with the UFC until 2018 and did not appear in the UFC until 2019. Funko typically releases Pop! figures only after a fighter has established a significant presence in the organization, so a 2016 release date for this specific character is factually inconsistent with his career timeline. If your item claims to be from 2016, it is likely a mislabeled reproduction, a counterfeit, or a misidentified figure from a different athlete. I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without visual inspection, but you should be skeptical of any listing that attributes this figure to 2016.
The Khabib Nurmagomedov Pop! UFC was released in 2016 by Funko.
The Khabib Nurmagomedov Pop! UFC figure (SKU 08) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2016 release, it has been discontinued, meaning any new listings found online are likely from third-party resellers selling used or previously purchased stock.
Grading a Funko Pop! figure is a subjective process that typically involves assessing the condition of the vinyl head, body, and base for defects such as scratches, paint chips, or molding issues. For a 2016 release, you should also inspect the box for signs of wear, creasing, or fading, as the packaging condition significantly impacts the item's value. While professional grading services like PSA can provide a standardized score, most collectors perform a visual inspection under bright light to identify flaws before listing the item for sale.
