No, the Kramer (with Sandwich) Pop! Television is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the widely distributed *Seinfeld* collection released by Funko in 2021. While the specific "with Sandwich" accessory variant may be less common than the standard figure, it was part of a regular retail release and is not a limited edition or exclusive item.
The value of the 2021 Kramer (with Sandwich) Pop! Television figure varies significantly based on condition, with sealed boxes typically trading between $15 and $30 while loose figures generally sell for $8 to $15. As a standard release from a popular series, it does not command a premium price over its original retail value, and its worth is largely determined by current local market demand and the specific state of the item.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Kramer (with Sandwich) figure, verify that the box displays the official Funko logo, the specific SKU number 1095, and a scannable QR code for product registration. Examine the physical figure for consistent paint application, proper seam alignment, and the correct accessory design, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing or misaligned parts. If the packaging lacks these specific identifiers or the figure feels lightweight and poorly molded, it is likely a replica.

Funko Pop! Television figures, including the Kramer with Sandwich variant, are generally limited production runs that are not kept in continuous print. While specific inventory availability fluctuates, this item is typically considered out of print and is most commonly found on the secondary market rather than in new retail stock.
To condition-check a Funko Pop! figure, first inspect the vinyl for any manufacturing defects such as seams, paint overspray, or misaligned parts, paying close attention to the sandwich accessory for cracks or discoloration. Verify that the figure is fully seated in its base and that the head articulation is secure without excessive play. If you intend to have it professionally graded, ensure the item is in its original, unopened box, as grading services like PSA typically only accept sealed products for authentication and grading.
