No, the Kratos Pop! Games figure (SKU 269) is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release by Funko in 2017, meaning it was widely available through major retailers and is not a limited edition or exclusive variant.
The value of a Kratos Pop! Games figure (SKU 269) depends heavily on its condition and whether it is sealed in its original box. A loose, used figure typically sells for between $10 and $20, while a sealed, mint-condition box generally ranges from $25 to $40. Prices can fluctuate based on current market demand and the specific platform used for sale.
To authenticate your 2017 Kratos Pop! (SKU 269), first verify that the figure is made of vinyl with a matte finish and that the box features the standard Funko branding and a holographic sticker. Check the bottom of the figure for a molded copyright symbol and the year 2017, as well as the specific SKU number 269, which should match the product details. If the paint is chipped, the vinyl feels soft or rubbery, or the box lacks the proper security features, the item may be a counterfeit. For definitive verification, you can consult Funko’s official authentication services or compare the figure against high-resolution images of known genuine examples from reputable collector communities.

There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! vinyl figures, so condition is assessed visually by the buyer or seller. You should inspect the figure for common defects such as hairline cracks in the vinyl, paint chips, or misaligned parts, paying close attention to the head and hands where damage is most frequent. Additionally, check the box for any creases, tears, or signs of previous opening, as these factors significantly impact the item's value.
