Pop! Rocks are small, mass-produced vinyl figures that are not officially graded by major third-party services like PSA, so you should evaluate them based on visual inspection for common defects such as paint chipping, hairline cracks, or discoloration. Check the figure for any missing parts, particularly the guitar, and ensure the base is clean and free of scuffs. Because these items are inexpensive and widely available, their value is primarily determined by whether the figure is complete and free of significant damage rather than a formal numerical grade.
