The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Lance Pop! Funko is not considered rare, as it was a standard production item released in 2018 as part of the broader Voltron collection. These figures were widely available through major retailers and Funko's own channels, meaning they are common finds in the secondary market.
The value of a 2018 Lance Pop! Funko varies significantly based on its condition, with unopened figures typically selling for between $10 and $25 while opened figures generally range from $5 to $15. Because this is a common character from a popular series, it does not command a premium price in the secondary market. For the most accurate current valuation, you should check recent completed sales on platforms like eBay, as prices fluctuate based on supply and demand.
To authenticate your 2018 Lance Pop! vinyl figure, first verify that the box features the official Funko logo and that the figure itself has the correct SKU number printed on the bottom of its base. Inspect the paint application for consistency, as genuine figures typically have clean lines without excessive bleeding, and check that the plastic feels solid and uniform rather than thin or brittle. You can also compare the specific color tones and proportions against high-resolution images from Funko's official website or reputable retailer listings to ensure the item matches the standard production specifications.

The Lance Pop! Vinyl Figure from the 2018 release is currently out of print and is no longer produced by Funko. Consequently, it is not available to buy new from the manufacturer or major retail partners. Collectors seeking this item must look to the secondary market, such as eBay or other reseller platforms, where prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
To condition-check a 2018 Lance Pop! figure, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or scuffs, paying close attention to high-contact areas like the hands and feet. Examine the eyes for cloudiness or misalignment and verify that the figure stands level without leaning, which can indicate a warped base. Check the packaging for any dents, tears, or seal damage if the item is intended to be graded as a sealed box. For a formal grade, submit the figure to a third-party authentication service such as PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on these specific cosmetic factors.
