Common questions about the Lapras Pop! Games from Funko (2022).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Lapras Pop! Games figure (SKU 864) is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2022 as part of their regular Pokémon line, meaning it was widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. While specific variants like chases or exclusions may have lower print runs, the standard version remains a common collectible.
The standard Lapras Pop! Games figure (SKU 864) typically retails for approximately $12.99, and its secondary market value generally hovers around that retail price, often trading between $10 and $15 depending on condition and seller fees. Because this is a common, non-exclusive release from 2022, it does not command a significant premium over its original retail cost. Prices can fluctuate slightly based on current demand and the specific platform used for the transaction.
To authenticate your Lapras Pop! Games figure, first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo, the correct SKU number 864, and a scannable UPC barcode. Inspect the physical figure for consistent paint application, clean seams, and the standard Funko vinyl texture, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing or off-color details. You can further confirm authenticity by checking the bottom of the figure for the molded "Funko" logo and ensuring the packaging matches the official 2022 release specifications.

Funko has discontinued the Lapras Pop! Games figure (SKU 864), so it is no longer in print. You will not be able to purchase this specific item new from Funko's official website or major retail partners. It is now only available through the secondary market, such as eBay or other collector platforms, where prices are typically set by sellers.
There is no official grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so you should assess the condition yourself by checking for common defects such as paint chips, scratches, mold lines, or misaligned eyes. Inspect the figure under bright light and compare it to high-resolution images of a pristine example to identify any imperfections. For the Lapras Pop! Games variant, specifically verify that the game controller accessory is intact and that the figure's pose matches the standard release, as these details significantly impact its value.
