No, the Leatherface Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1119) is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's 2021 release wave, and it was widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces. While specific variants like Chase or Exclusive editions may be harder to find, the standard version remains common in the secondary market.
The value of the 2021 Leatherface Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1119) varies significantly based on condition and packaging, with retail copies typically selling for between $10 and $20. Prices for sealed, unopened figures in excellent condition generally range from $15 to $25, while open figures usually command a lower price of $5 to $10. As a standard mass-produced item without rare color variants, it does not hold significant investment value beyond its original retail price.
You can authenticate your 2021 Leatherface Pop! Movies (SKU 1119) by checking for the official Funko logo and copyright information on the base of the figure and the packaging. Verify that the box features the standard Pop! Movies branding and that the vinyl figure has the characteristic smooth finish and correct proportions for the character. If the packaging appears damaged, the print quality is poor, or the figure lacks the expected weight and detail, it may be a counterfeit, in which case comparing it to verified images from Funko's official site or reputable collector communities is recommended.

Funko has discontinued the Leatherface Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1119), so it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from the manufacturer. While it is not currently available through official retail channels, you may find new, sealed copies from third-party resellers, though prices are likely to be significantly higher than the original retail value.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for paint errors, scratches, or misaligned parts, and verifying that the box is free of major damage like crushed corners or faded printing. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the unopened item to a professional third-party grading service, such as PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the item's preservation and centering.
