No, the Lex Luthor Pop! Heroes (SKU 564) is not considered rare. Like most standard Pop! figures, its value is determined by general market demand rather than scarcity.
As a 2025 release, the Lex Luthor Pop! Heroes (SKU 564) is currently a new item, so its market value is primarily determined by its retail price, typically ranging from $12 to $15. Because it has not yet established a secondary market history, there is no reliable data on its potential appreciation or depreciation. I cannot confirm the authenticity of a specific item without physically inspecting it, and I do not have verified records confirming that SKU 564 is a genuine 2025 Funko release. To authenticate your figure, you should compare its packaging, paint application, and mold quality against high-resolution images from Funko's official website or reputable collector databases. If the item was purchased from an authorized retailer, it is likely genuine, but any discrepancies in the logo, box seal, or figure weight should be verified against known authentic examples.

To condition-check a Funko Pop! figure, first inspect the vinyl for any cracks, chips, or paint imperfections, paying close attention to the head and hands which are prone to damage. Verify that the figure is securely seated within the base and that the box is free from significant wear, creases, or water damage, as these factors significantly impact resale value. For a formal grade, you must submit the unopened box to a third-party authentication service such as PSA, which will assign a numerical grade based on the condition of the packaging and the figure inside.
