The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
Funko Pop! Heroes figures are generally mass-produced items and are not considered rare in the collectibles market. While specific variants may have limited production runs, the standard Lex Luthor with Kryptonite Necklace figure is widely available through major retailers and does not command a significant premium over its retail price.
I cannot provide a reliable market value for this specific item, as it appears to be a 2025 release that has not yet established a stable secondary market price. For accurate pricing, you should check current listings on platforms like eBay or Pop! Market once the figure is available for purchase.
It is not possible to authenticate a 2025 release of this specific item because it has not yet been manufactured or released as of current records. Funko Pop! figures are typically verified by checking the SKU on the packaging, examining the paint quality and seam lines, and ensuring the box includes the standard Funko logo and barcode. Since this item does not currently exist in the market, you should be wary of any seller claiming to have it, as it is likely a counterfeit or a mislabeled product.
The Lex Luthor with Kryptonite Necklace (1978) Pop! Heroes was released in 2025 by Funko.
Funko does not publicly disclose real-time print status or specific production run details for individual Pop! Heroes figures, so it is not possible to definitively confirm whether SKU 540 is currently in print. Because this is a 2025 release, it is likely still available for purchase through major retailers such as Amazon, Target, or the Funko website, though stock levels can fluctuate.
To condition-check this figure, inspect the vinyl for stress cracks, particularly around the neck and the Kryptonite necklace attachment, and verify that the paint application is free of smudges or gaps. Examine the eyes for any clouding or misalignment and ensure the figure is fully assembled with no loose joints. If you intend to have it professionally graded, you must place the figure in its original sealed packaging, as grading services like PSA typically only evaluate sealed items and will not grade loose figures.
