No, the Lock, Shock, and Barrel In Tub Pop! (SKU 474) is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's Disney line that was widely available in retail stores and online retailers. While its value may fluctuate based on condition and demand, it does not have the limited production numbers or exclusive distribution that typically define rare collectibles.
The retail value for the Lock, Shock, and Barrel In Tub Pop! Disney (SKU 474) is typically around $12.99 to $14.99 for the sealed box. As a standard production item, its secondary market value generally hovers near or slightly below retail price, with individual figures often selling for less than $5 to $10 each depending on condition and local demand.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Lock, Shock, and Barrel In Tub (SKU 474), first verify that the box displays the official Funko logo and that the plastic figure has the characteristic glossy finish with clean, sharp paint lines. Check the base of the figure for the embossed "Funko" logo and ensure the character's proportions match the standard 3.75-inch scale. Be aware that this specific SKU is often associated with exclusive retail releases, so if your item lacks a box or has a generic "Made in China" label without the Funko branding, it is likely a counterfeit. If you cannot verify the packaging details against official Funko release records, it is best to assume the item may be a replica.
The Lock, Shock, and Barrel In Tub Pop! Disney (SKU 474) was released in 2019. This figure is part of the Disney Villains collection and features the trio of Mickey Mouse's nephews in a tub.
Funko has discontinued the Lock, Shock, and Barrel In Tub Pop! (SKU 474), so it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from the manufacturer. While it may occasionally appear on secondary markets like eBay or Amazon, availability is sporadic and prices often exceed the original retail value.
Condition-checking this specific Pop! figure involves inspecting the three characters for common manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, misaligned eyes, or chipped plastic, while also verifying that the tub accessory is free from cracks or warping. Because this item is a multi-figure set, you must ensure all three characters are present and that the packaging is intact if you are evaluating it as a sealed collectible. There is no standardized professional grading service for individual Funko Pop! figures, so value is typically determined by the visual state of the items and the condition of the box.
