Common questions about the Lotso (Flocked) Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Lotso (Flocked) Pop! Vinyl Figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the Disney Toy Story 3 line that was widely distributed through major retail channels. While flocked variants can be less common than standard glossy figures, this specific SKU was not a limited edition or exclusive release, making it relatively easy to find on the secondary market.
The value of the Lotso (Flocked) Pop! Disney figure varies significantly based on its condition, whether it is sealed in the box, and current market demand. As a standard retail item, its value is generally comparable to its original retail price, typically ranging from $10 to $15, unless it is a rare variant or in pristine, unopened condition. For an accurate appraisal, you should check recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay to see what buyers are currently paying for this specific SKU.
To authenticate a Funko Pop! Lotso (Flocked) figure, verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the figure itself features the correct flocked texture on Lotso’s fur, which should feel soft and matte rather than shiny. Check the base for a clear, legible "Funko" logo and ensure the paint application is clean without significant bleeding, as poor quality control is a common indicator of counterfeits. If the packaging, figure weight, or texture feels off, cross-reference the SKU and product details against Funko’s official catalog or reputable retailer listings to confirm authenticity.
I cannot find reliable information confirming a specific release date for a "Lotso (Flocked)" Pop! Vinyl figure with SKU 13. While Lotso figures have been released by Funko, the specific flocked variant and SKU number provided do not correspond to a widely documented release in available records.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Lotso (Flocked) Pop! Disney is currently in print or available for purchase new from Funko. This specific flocked variant is generally considered a limited edition release, and its availability is often restricted to specific retail partners or promotional events. Consequently, it is frequently out of stock on major online retailers and may only be found on the secondary market.
To condition-check a flocked Lotso Pop!, first inspect the flocking for any missing patches, thinning, or discoloration, as this texture is particularly susceptible to wear and dust accumulation. Examine the vinyl base beneath the flocking for cracks, scratches, or paint chips, paying close attention to high-contact areas like the hands, feet, and face. Verify that the figure is securely seated in its base and that the packaging, if present, is free from significant creases, tears, or water damage, as these factors significantly impact resale value.
