No, the Louis Winthorpe Pop! Movies figure (SKU 678) is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the 2018 release of the *The Great Gatsby* line, and it has no exclusive manufacturing variants or limited print runs that would elevate its scarcity.
The Louis Winthorpe Pop! Movies figure (SKU 678) is a standard retail item that typically sells for between $10 and $15 in new, unopened condition. Because this character is not a primary lead from the film *The Great Escape*, the figure does not command a significant premium over its original retail price. Values for this specific SKU generally remain stable and do not fluctuate significantly based on market trends.
To authenticate your Louis Winthorpe Pop! Movies figure (SKU 678), first verify that the box is sealed with the standard Funko shrink wrap and that the figure inside matches the official 2018 release specifications. Check the bottom of the figure for a molded copyright stamp reading "© Funko Inc." along with the year of manufacture, and ensure the paint application and plastic quality are consistent with genuine production standards. If the figure lacks these markings, has poor paint quality, or the box design does not align with the 2018 era, it is likely a counterfeit.

The Louis Winthorpe Pop! Movies figure (SKU 678) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. It was released in 2018 as part of the *The Great Gatsby* collection and is now only available through the secondary market.
To grade a Louis Winthorpe Pop! Movies figure, you should submit it to a professional third-party grading service such as PSA, CGC, or Beckett, which will assign a numerical score based on specific criteria including paint application, molding, and overall structural integrity. For a casual condition check, inspect the figure under bright lighting for common defects such as paint chips, mold lines, or misaligned parts, paying particular attention to the face and hands. Keep in mind that these figures are not graded by major companies for individual retail sales, so any value assessment is typically based on the item's condition relative to the market for ungraded vinyl collectibles.
