It was part of the standard mass-production line for the *Beetlejuice* movie tie-in, meaning it was widely available through major retailers and Funko’s own channels. The value of the 2018 Lydia Deetz Pop! Movies figure (SKU 642) varies significantly based on condition and market demand, but it is generally considered a mid-tier collectible. In mint condition with the original box, it typically trades in the range of $15 to $30, while unboxed or damaged figures sell for less. Because this is a standard release rather than a limited edition, its value is primarily driven by the popularity of the *Beetlejuice* franchise and the character's iconic status, rather than scarcity.
To authenticate your 2018 Lydia Deetz Pop! (SKU 642), first inspect the box for the official Funko logo, the "Movies" series branding, and the correct SKU number printed on the side or bottom. Examine the figure itself for the characteristic vinyl sheen, precise paint application on the black dress and white face, and the specific sculpting details of her hair and expression. Check the base for the embossed Funko logo and verify that the figure fits snugly within the box without excessive movement. If the box is damaged or missing, you can still authenticate the figure by comparing its dimensions and weight against known specifications for this specific release.
