Common questions about the Lydia Deetz Pop! Movies from Funko (2018).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The 2018 Lydia Deetz Pop! Movies figure (SKU 642) is not considered rare, as it was a standard mass-production release from Funko's mainline catalog. It was widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces during its production run. While specific variants like Chase editions are rare, the standard black-box version is common and generally accessible to collectors.
The standard 2018 Lydia Deetz Pop! Movies figure (SKU 642) typically retails for approximately $10 to $15. In the secondary market, unopened copies generally sell for $10 to $20, while opened figures usually fetch between $5 and $10 depending on their condition. Prices can fluctuate based on current demand and the specific platform where the item is listed.
To authenticate your 2018 Lydia Deetz Pop! Movies figure (SKU 642), first verify that the box is sealed with the correct Funko branding and that the figure’s paint application is crisp without significant bleeding or misalignment. Check the base of the figure for the standard Funko logo and ensure the plastic feels solid and consistent with the 2018 production run, as counterfeit items often feature lighter, brittle plastic or incorrect color tones. If the box is missing, the figure alone is harder to verify, so compare the specific sculpt details and paint patterns against high-resolution images of the authentic 2018 release to rule out common reproduction errors.
The Lydia Deetz Pop! Movies was released in 2018 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the production of the 2018 Lydia Deetz Pop! Movies figure (SKU 642), so it is no longer in print. While new, sealed units may occasionally appear in the secondary market from remaining inventory, they are generally considered out of print and are typically purchased through resale platforms rather than standard retail channels.
To condition-check a Lydia Deetz Pop! Movies figure, inspect the vinyl surface for scratches, scuffs, or paint chips, paying close attention to high-contact areas like the hands, feet, and facial features. Verify that the figure is securely seated on its base without any wobble and that the packaging is free of significant creases, tears, or discoloration if you are evaluating it as a sealed item. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the figure to a third-party grading service, as Funko does not provide official grading for individual figures.
