Common questions about the Madmartigan Pop! Movies from Funko (2023).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Madmartigan Pop! Movies is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released in 2023 as part of the widely distributed Pop! Movies line, meaning it was available in large quantities through major retail channels. While specific production numbers for this SKU are not publicly disclosed, it lacks the limited-edition status or scarcity that typically defines rare collectibles.
The Madmartigan Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1313) is a standard retail release from 2023, and its value is primarily determined by its condition and packaging. In the secondary market, unopened figures typically sell for around $10 to $15, while opened figures generally fetch between $5 and $8. Prices can fluctuate based on local demand and the specific platform used for sale, such as eBay or local collectible shops.
To authenticate your Madmartigan Pop! Movies (SKU 1313), first verify that the box is sealed with the standard Funko shrink wrap and that the product label lists the correct SKU and year. Examine the figure for consistent paint application, proper eye alignment, and the specific sculpted details of the character, as counterfeit figures often feature sloppy paint, misaligned eyes, or incorrect proportions. You can also cross-reference the packaging and figure against official Funko product images or listings from authorized retailers to confirm that the design matches the 2023 release specifications.

I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Madmartigan Pop! Movies (SKU 1313) is currently in print or available to buy new. Funko frequently discontinues specific movie tie-in figures after their initial release window, so this item is likely out of production and only available through the secondary market.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the figure for common defects such as paint overspray, chipped plastic, or misaligned parts, while also verifying that the box is free of dents, creases, or shelf wear. For a formal grade, you should submit the item to a professional third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on a standardized rubric. If you are assessing it yourself for resale, note that any visible flaws will significantly lower the market value compared to a pristine, unopened box.
