Common questions about the Malthael Pop! Games from Funko (2024).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Malthael Pop! Games figure (SKU 992) is not considered rare, as it is a standard production item released by Funko in 2024. It is a regular retail release rather than a limited edition, exclusive, or chase variant, meaning it is widely available through standard distribution channels.
The Malthael Pop! Games figure (SKU 992) is a standard retail release from 2024, and its value is typically determined by its retail price, which generally ranges between $10 and $15. Because this is a recent, non-exclusive item, it does not command a significant premium in the secondary market, and its value is unlikely to exceed its original retail cost unless it is sold in a sealed, unopened box.
To authenticate your Malthael Pop! Games figure, verify that the box features the official Funko logo and displays the correct SKU number 992 on the side or back panel. Inspect the figure itself for high-quality paint application, proper sculpting details, and a secure, centered head that does not wobble excessively. If the packaging lacks these identifiers or the figure shows signs of poor manufacturing such as paint bleed or misaligned parts, it may be a counterfeit.
The Malthael Pop! Games was released in 2024 by Funko.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Malthael Pop! Games (SKU 992) is currently in print or available for purchase new from Funko. As a 2024 release, it may have been a limited production run or a specific retailer exclusive, meaning it is likely no longer stocked in new condition.
There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! vinyl figures, so you cannot obtain a certified grade like you would for trading cards or comics. To condition-check the Malthael figure, you should inspect it under bright light for common defects such as paint overspray, mold lines, or "smiling" on the eyes, and verify that the figure fits securely within its original window box. If the item is sealed, check the box for any crushing, creasing, or sticker damage, as these factors significantly impact its resale value.
