No, the Malthus with Annabelle Pop! Digital is not considered rare. It is a standard-issue digital collectible released by Funko in 2022, meaning it was widely available to the general public rather than being a limited-edition or exclusive variant.
As a digital collectible, the Malthus with Annabelle Pop! Digital does not have a fixed market price like physical items. Its value is primarily determined by the platform's listing price and the current demand among collectors of the *The Last of Us* series. Because digital items are non-physical, their worth is less stable and more dependent on the specific marketplace where it is traded.
It is important to clarify that Funko does not produce a physical "Pop! Digital" product; "Digital" typically refers to a digital collectible or NFT, which exists as a file rather than a physical vinyl figure. To authenticate a digital item, you should verify the token's ownership and metadata on the relevant blockchain platform where it was minted. If you are referring to a physical Malthus with Annabelle figure, authentication involves checking the SKU 108, the "Made in China" stamp on the base, and the specific character details against known production standards.
The Malthus with Annabelle Pop! Digital was released in 2022 by Funko.
The Malthus with Annabelle Pop! Digital is a digital collectible released in 2022, and like most digital items, it does not have a traditional "out of print" status in the same way physical products do. It remains available for purchase through Funko's digital storefront or authorized digital marketplaces, though availability can fluctuate based on the platform's inventory management. Since it is a digital file rather than a physical object, "in print" is less applicable; instead, it is generally listed as available for new purchase unless the specific digital SKU is temporarily delisted or sold out on the platform.
Because the Malthus with Annabelle Pop! Digital is a digital collectible, it does not undergo traditional physical grading by services like PSA or Beckett. Condition checks for this item focus on verifying the digital file's integrity, such as ensuring the 3D model renders correctly and that the associated metadata or certificate of authenticity is intact. You should verify that the digital file opens without corruption and that the serial number or unique identifier matches the original purchase record.
