The Marcus Burnett Pop! Movies figure (SKU 870) is not considered rare. While specific variants like chase editions may have lower print runs, the standard version remains a common collectible.
The value of the 2020 Funko Pop! Marcus Burnett (SKU 870) fluctuates based on condition and market demand, but it typically sells for between $10 and $20 in retail condition. Prices for this standard vinyl figure generally remain stable near its original retail price unless it is sold in a sealed box, which can command a slight premium. For the most accurate current valuation, checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay is recommended.
To authenticate your Marcus Burnett Pop! Movies figure, first verify that the packaging is a sealed, original Funko box with the correct SKU 870 and 2020 release date printed on the label. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper articulation, and the official Funko logo on the base, as counterfeits often exhibit sloppy paint, missing details, or incorrect proportions. If the box is damaged or missing, you can compare the figure’s physical characteristics against high-resolution images of authentic units from reputable collector communities or Funko’s official archives.
