The Maria Sharapova Pop! Tennis figure is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production release by Funko in 2021. These figures were widely distributed through major retail chains and online marketplaces, making them relatively easy to find in new condition. While specific variants like chases or limited editions may be harder to locate, the standard SKU 02 is a common collectible.
The Maria Sharapova Pop! Tennis figure (SKU 02) is a standard retail item that typically sells for between $10 and $15 in new condition on secondary markets. As a common release from 2021, it does not command a premium price over its original retail value, and its worth remains largely stable based on current supply and demand.
Authenticating a 2021 Funko Pop! requires verifying that the box is sealed with the correct holographic sticker and that the figure itself has the standard "Funko" logo on the base. You should also check for consistent paint application, proper articulation, and the correct SKU number on the packaging, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing or poor plastic quality. If the item is unsealed, compare the specific details against high-resolution images of known genuine units from reputable retailers to identify any discrepancies in scale or finish.

The Maria Sharapova Pop! Tennis figure is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a retired professional tennis player, her collectible is considered out of production, meaning new stock is no longer manufactured. Collectors seeking this item must look for used copies on the secondary market, such as eBay or specialized trading platforms.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! primarily involves inspecting the vinyl figure for scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, with the most critical area being the head for any "head cracks." You should also verify that the figure is seated correctly in the box and that the box itself is free from major damage, as a pristine box significantly impacts value. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to third-party grading services like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and box's condition.
