No, the Mary Poppins In Pink Dress Pop! Disney (SKU 473) is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure from Funko's Disney collection that was widely distributed in retail stores and online. While specific variants like exclusive or limited editions may have lower production numbers, the standard version of this figure remains readily available in the secondary market.
The retail value for the Mary Poppins In Pink Dress Pop! Disney (SKU 473) is typically between $10 and $15, which is the standard price point for most standard-sized Funko Pops. As a mass-produced item from a popular franchise, it does not command a significant premium in the secondary market, so you should expect to find it for around its original retail price or slightly less if purchased from a discount retailer.
To authenticate your Mary Poppins In Pink Dress Pop! (SKU 473), first verify that the box features the official Funko logo and the specific Disney licensing mark, as unauthorized reproductions often lack proper branding. Examine the vinyl figure for high-quality molding, ensuring the paint is vibrant and free of visible seams, rough edges, or "flash" that are common in counterfeits. The base should be solid and securely attached, and the packaging should include a holographic sticker or other tamper-evident security features typical of genuine Funko releases. If the item lacks these specific manufacturing details or the box appears to be a generic reprint, it is likely not authentic.

There is no official third-party grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so condition is typically assessed by the seller or buyer using community standards. You should inspect the figure for common defects such as paint overspray, seam lines, scratches, and missing parts, paying particular attention to the pink dress and any accessories. For a formal valuation, you can reference recent sold listings on platforms like eBay to determine the market value based on the specific condition grade, such as "Mint" or "Near Mint."
