Common questions about the Mary Sanderson (with Vacuum) Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Mary Sanderson (with Vacuum) Pop! Disney figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the Disney Villains collection that was widely distributed to major retailers and sold through Funko's own channels. Because it was not a limited edition, exclusive, or chase variant, it remains relatively common and accessible on the secondary market.
There is no single fixed market value for the Mary Sanderson (with Vacuum) Pop! Disney figure, as prices fluctuate based on condition, packaging, and current demand. You can check recent completed sales on platforms like eBay or StockX to determine the current retail and secondary market prices for SKU 435.
To authenticate a Mary Sanderson (with Vacuum) Pop! Disney figure, first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the figure itself is made of vinyl with a matte finish. Check the base of the figure for a molded "Funko" logo and ensure the paint application is clean without significant bleeding, as poor paint jobs are a common indicator of counterfeits. Additionally, compare the specific proportions of the vacuum accessory and the character's facial features against high-resolution images of the official SKU 435 release, noting that genuine figures typically have a consistent, slightly rounded aesthetic. If the packaging lacks the standard Funko branding or the figure feels unusually light or brittle, it is likely a replica.
Funko does not publish official release dates for individual Pop! Vinyl figures, so a precise launch date for the Mary Sanderson (with Vacuum) figure is not reliably documented. While this figure is part of the *Hocus Pocus* collection and is generally associated with the 2022 release wave, specific availability dates can vary by retailer and region.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Mary Sanderson (with Vacuum) Pop! Disney (SKU 435) is currently in print or available for purchase as a new item.
To condition-check a Mary Sanderson (with Vacuum) Pop! Disney, inspect the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, paying close attention to the vacuum accessory and her hair. Verify that the eyes are properly aligned and free of smudges, and ensure the figure stands upright without significant warping. For a formal grade, submit the item to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will evaluate the figure's centering, paint, and overall presentation to assign a numerical score.
